How is my order packaged?
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet outer packaging with no reference to SyntheticLabs or the contents. Internally, vials are padded and temperature-protected with dry ice or gel packs.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days at [email protected] with photos of the packaging and vials. We will arrange a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order has not yet been dispatched we may be able to update your delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Once dispatched we are unable to change the address.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We prefer to ship to physical addresses to ensure reliable delivery. If you need to use a PO box please contact us first to confirm this is possible for your region.
