4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide from our facility in the Netherlands. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. SyntheticLabs is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control.
Free shipping is applied automatically to orders over €200. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country. We are not liable for packages seized by customs authorities.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds, we are unable to accept returns once a product has been dispatched. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].
Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of any issue before processing a resolution.
6. Payment
All transactions are processed in Euros (EUR) via cryptocurrency payment. Prices displayed include VAT where applicable. Cryptocurrency exchange rates are calculated at the time of invoice creation. SyntheticLabs is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates between order placement and payment confirmation.
